A renowned international law firm with a longstanding track record of supporting the world's leading multinational corporations is interviewing for a talented Office Coordinator to join their collaborative San Francisco team.
In this central role, you will;
- Assist the Office Manager and administrative staff with all aspects of office services.
- Collaborate with managers to prepare meetings, including scheduling and setting up conference rooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk when communicating with their esteemed clients in person and on the telephone.
- Ensure the smooth running of the mail, supplies, catering, and conference room maintenance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
- Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work in the office five days per week
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
